ご予約に関しまして　About Reservations

当ご予約フォームで申し込み後、通常24時間以内（※1）に折り返しお店からメールまたはお電話、FAXをさせていただきます。お客様と内容確認ができた時点（※2）でご予約完了とさせていただきます。
当日予約の場合は、電話（078-221-8747）まで御連絡ください。

After you submit your reservation form, we will usually e-mail, call, or fax you back within 24 hours (1). Reservations are considered complete once we have confirmed the details with the customer (2).
For same-day reservations, please call us at 078-221-8747.

※1）24時間以内での折り返し連絡の際、メールの不着や電話の着信フィルターなどにより、ご連絡がスムーズにいかない場合もございます。
※2）48時間経ってもお店からの連絡がない場合は、お手数ですが再度ご連絡ください。その折にはお店からの連絡する際の別の方法をお知らせください。

*1）When we contact you back within 24 hours, we may not be able to contact you smoothly due to undelivered e-mails or incoming phone call filters.
*2）If you have not heard from the store after 48 hours, please contact us again. In that case, please let us know another way to contact you from the store.

ドレスコードについて　About the Dress Code

カジュアルシックな装いでお願いします。
タンクトップにショートパンツやサンダルなどの過度な軽装はご遠慮下さい。
ご旅行者であっても特例はございません。

Please dress in casual chic attire.
Excessively light clothing such as tank tops and shorts or sandals is not permitted.
(No special exceptions will be made even for travelers.

キャンセル料について Cancellation Fees

キャンセル料は、前日50％・当日100％頂戴いたします。

Cancellation fees will be charged 50% the day before and 100% on the day of the event.
